A lot of interview coaching focuses on presentation. Delivery. Tone. That matters, but it's the surface level. Real confidence in an interview comes from knowing exactly what you're going to say and why it's relevant. Tom builds that foundation first.

A CFO interview is not like a VP of Engineering interview. The structures are different. The unspoken concerns are different. The things that signal fit are different. Tom brings specific knowledge of how senior hiring works across each sector he coaches in — not a generalised framework applied everywhere.
